Using songs from the 50s, 60s and 70s, this class aims to put a spring in your day and a smile on your face in a fun and gentle way.
The class is low-medium intensity (although the fun level is high!) and done standing upright.
It involves a combination of upper and lower body movement, where you can choose between several variations for whatever feels best for you.
Great for your body, your brain and your balance!
