What you are agreeing to if you join a class:

By participating in class, all participants accept:
1. There is an inherent possible risk of injury when participating in physical activity. All participants will engage in class/session activities at their own risk, with neither Danielle Linegar or Magical Moves having any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury or damage that may occur.
2. You have made sure that you have adequate space to participate in the class/session, and have ensured that your set-up and your equipment are safe and suitable for the requirements of the class/session.
3. All participants are in good health and sufficient physical condition to participate in the class/session. It is strongly recommended that you consult a medical practitioner prior to undertaking any physical exercise programme. Participants should avoid taking class if unwell, or avoid aggravating movements if injured/restricted.
4. Any photographs or video recordings taken by, or for, Danielle Linegar or Magical Moves may be used for publicity, advertising and social media. If you withdraw consent to this, please advise Danielle in writing (danielle.magicalmoves@gmail.com).
5. You consent to being added to the Magical Moves mailing list. You can opt out at any time by advising Danielle in writing (danielle.magicalmoves@gmail.com).
6. You are responsible for any children participating with you in this class and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf.
