Seated Dance helps you showcase your best dance moves to songs from the 50s, 60s and 70s, while staying seated and looking after your body.
The class is low intensity (although the fun level is high!) and done completely seated. Movement is mainly focused on the upper body and modifications suggested throughout. As this is an online class, you can dance with me from wherever you are!
